In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act, Craig Ironside has been appointed as our Privacy Officer. The Privacy Officer has statutory obligations to:
encourage and ensure Thorough Bred Exchange Limited is in compliance with the principles of the Privacy Act;
deal with requests made to Thorough Bred Exchange Limited for access to and/or correction of personal information; and
work with the Privacy Commissioner on any investigation into Thorough Bred Exchange Limited.
Updating your personal information.
You may obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we hold personal information about you. You may request access to or a copy of the information and/or request that corrections or changes are made to it.
